Frequently asked · Providers
What providers ask before onboarding.
Question 01
Which providers fit Innovation Republic?
We curate solution providers across the spectrum: startups, scale-ups, specialist agencies, research spin-offs, and established Mittelstand companies with clearly delineated innovation offerings. What counts is not the legal form but sprint readiness: can you deliver a clearly defined result in 4–12 weeks?
Question 02
What does being listed as a provider cost?
Being listed and the matching are free. On successfully brokered contracts, a performance-based success fee contributes to refinancing the platform — transparently stated, no subscription, no hidden listing fees. Free does not mean free of obligation: on activation, the provider obligations under § 3 of our terms apply, in particular the deadline for replying to requirement enquiries and the commitment following a brokered first contact.
Question 03
How does the selection process for a specific tender work?
IR matches suitable providers against structured criteria. You receive an invitation, check the fit and submit a structured offer. The client decides on the basis of a comparison grid in the cockpit — no pitching theatre.
Question 04
What do the standard contracts look like?
The sprint contracts are structured as contracts for work with a fixed scope, a fixed time window (typically 4–12 weeks) and a defined deliverable. Compatible with public-sector purchasing, checked for SMB suitability. Adjustments per project are possible; the core framework stays.
